The Fire Season 2020-2021 has finished
While pile burns without a permit are now permitted in our area, please register all pile burns on the Hawkesbury Council website and make sure you follow up and also register the same burn on the RFS website. Let all your neighbours know a day ahead of the burn and change your plans if necessary to suit the weather conditions. There is plenty of good advice in the NSW RFS website. The St Albans Rural Bush Fire Brigade has a lot of information especially relevant to the Macdonald Valley. Make a plan, talk to your family and your neighbours and prepare your property. |
